Important Reminders:
- Book Fair is this week. We will be visiting the Book Fair as a class on Monday, 12/3 to browse and create a wish list. On Wednesday, 12/5 we will visit to purchase. Anyone who would like to send money in for their child to purchase books may do so on Wednesday. Please put the money in a ziplock bag with your child's wish list and make sure your child has been instructed as to what they are allowed to purchase. Clearly write your child's name on the Ziplock bag as it will be used to bring home any change.
- Reading Log this week. Students should be reading a MINIMUM of 20 minutes per night/80 minutes per week. Each word in the title should be capitalized. Responses should be written neatly and in complete sentences. Parents, PLEASE INITIAL ALL READING LOGS and MATH HOMEWORK
- Last reading log total 2,623 minutes as a class...we had some absences and several students did not turn their reading log in on Friday. Students that do not turn in their reading log will be asked to give a fuzzy and will give up a portion of their recess. They will be kept active walking laps around the rain garden. (NEXT YEAR IT WILL BE A GRADE)
- The Weather Experiment homework is due on Tuesday, 12/4. See assignment in your child's FROG folder. Click here for sample experiments and for the Weather Experiment assignment sheet
- Movie Night is this Friday: Movie-Moana, Doors open 6PM, Movie start time 6:30 Students MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times!
