Important Reminders:
- Thank you for all of the wonderful donations for Room 130! Your generosity is greatly appreciated!!!!
- If you have not yet signed up for conferences, please do so ASAP.
- Please send in a complete change of clothes for your child. Place it in a ziplock bag, labeled with your child's name and Room 130. I would suggest you label the clothes as well. A change of clothes is necessary for a variety of reasons(spills, outdoor mess, accidents). It will prevent you from having to bring a change of clothes over to school!
- Reading Homework: Due Friday
- All reading and math homework should be checked and initialed by an adult.

- MATH: Lesson 1.8 Number Sense (Homework), Review will be sent home (we will go over it in class on Wednesday, but I am giving it as optional homework in preparation for the test on Thursday)
- READING: Introduce vocabulary and new story (Dogs-Informational Text), text feature-heading)
- PHONICS: V-e syllable (a_e, i_e) spelling words, high frequency words
- WRITING/GRAMMAR: 4 types of sentences (statement, question, commanding, exclaiming)
- MATH: Lesson 1.9 Number Sense (Homework)
- READING: Good readers get involved with their book. They talk about their book with themselves and others.
